Fall in Love with a Shelter Pet at Barktoberfest Saturday

TIFTON, Ga. – If you love fun, food, and cutie patooties then get yourself over to Barktober Fest this Saturday, October 24th. Friends of Tift County Animal Shelter and Tift Animal Rescue Inc. will supply the cuties, while our numerous vendors will supply the food and fun!

There will be a pet costume contest, face painting, a vendors market, pet portraits, and fun activity booths. Plus, there will be dog and cat adoptions, so attendees might leave with their newest family members! Brian Gardener will be performing live music from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m.

Barktoberfest is sponsored by Second Thoughts Bookstore, and takes place from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 24th at Fulwood Park, 817 Prince Avenue in Tifton.
