Red Hills Disc Golf hosts Mac Attack XIII PDGA XC-Tier at MacIntyre Park Disc Golf Course this Saturday in Thomasville

May 14, 2025
Matthew Crumley,

THOMASVILLE, Ga. – Looking for a fun way to give back and get active? A local disc golf tournament is doing both.

The Mac Attack XIII (13) charity disc golf tournament is set for this Saturday, May 17th at the MacIntyre Park disc golf course in Thomasville.

It’s a PDGA-sanctioned event that benefits “Hands On Thomas County”, a nonprofit known for connecting volunteers with community needs.

Players can compete for cash and prizes, with payouts to 50 percent of the field. There are $250 Ace holes, closest-to-the-pin contests, and an optional Ace pool, which goes to charity if no one hits it.

They’re also asking all participants to bring donations for “Players for Paws”, supporting local animal rescues with items like pet food, blankets, toys, or towels.
