Moultrie Service League’s 13th Annual 2025 Santa Stroll ‘n Roll under the Canopy of Lights in downtown Moultrie this Saturday

MOULTRIE, Ga. – Families in Colquitt County are invited to kick off the Christmas season at the annual Santa Stroll ‘n Roll in downtown Moultrie this Saturday, December 6. The event begins at 4:30 p.m. under the iconic canopy of lights and features an evening full of activities for all ages.
The one-mile fun walk and run circles the Colquitt County Courthouse Square, and participants are encouraged to come dressed in their most festive holiday attire. Strollers, scooters and kids’ bikes are welcome, making the event accessible for families with children of all ages.
Check-in, T-shirt pickup and on-site registration will take place from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. At 5 p.m., Santa will read ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas to children gathered on the square. Throughout the afternoon and evening, families can enjoy storytime, a community mural project with the Arts Center of Moultrie, hot chocolate from Calvary Baptist Church, light-up games and activities, and a table offering $5 glow items for kids. The SEC Championship Game will also be streaming during the event.
The stroll itself runs from 6 to 6:30 p.m., with walkers and runners looping the courthouse block under the lights. Cookies with Santa will follow at 6:30 p.m.
Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for youth. All proceeds support educational programs for local children through the Arts Center of Moultrie.
