Man dies while hog hunting in Calhoun Co.

COMMISSARY HILL, Ga. – The Calhoun County Coroner has confirmed that 50-year-old Charles Holley from Panama City, Florida, died while hog hunting with a friend near Commissary Hill in the woods Saturday morning.

The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) Critical Incident Reconstruction Team is investigating this incident and confirms Holley was shot by the other hunter.

An autopsy will be conducted by the GBI Crime Lab.
