Man arrested for terroristic threats after misinterpreted for “rapping” lyrics “I’ll burn the house down” in Coffee Co.

DOUGLAS, Ga. – And, in Coffee County, 31-year-old Senie Benfield was arrested for terroristic threats after apparently threatening to set a Douglas home on fire.

Benfield claims he was “rapping” and that his statement, “I know where you sleep and I’ll burn the house down,” was misinterpreted.

He is currently in the Coffee County Jail.
