Man arrested for multiple sex offenses

ALBANY, Ga. – In June of 2023, investigators received multiple allegations in which Pernell Davis (49) was accused of inappropriately touching underage females and rape. Throughout the course of the investigation, it was determined there were additional victims.

Based on the investigation conducted, Davis was taken into custody and charged with Child Molestation (3 counts) and Rape.
