Lowndes Co. Bicentennial Beard Challenge
LOWNDES Co., Ga. – In celebration of 200 years of Lowndes County history, we’re excited to launch the Bicentennial Beard Challenge! We’re turning back the clock to the 1800s, when beards were bold, bushy, and proudly worn by farmers, founders, and forefathers. Now it’s your turn to channel your inner homesteader, farmer, or saloon keeper and grow your most glorious Bicentennial Beard!
Whether you go rugged like a man of the land or polished like a Southern statesman, we want to see your best historical whiskers as part of this unique celebration of our rural roots and enduring legacy.
Competition Details
Grow your beards this Fall! The challenge runs September–December 20, 2025.
