Leslie's 'Dogwood Days Antique Show and Sale' This Weekend

LESLIE, GA – The Town and Country Garden Club opened the doors today on their 35th Antique Show and Sale at the Leslie, Georgia Civic Center.

“Oh this is so much fun. We love our dealers that come in. They have such beautiful items. We have rugs this year, and of course, our tea room is the hit. Our caged chicken salad and our barbecue sandwiches,” said Kim Baldwin, Town and Country Garden Club.

“Leslie pulls from a large area. We pull from Cordele, from Moultrie. I have some customers come see us from Valdosta since there’s not a show in Valdosta anymore. Albany, of course, Americus, and there’s a lot of serious silver collectors in this area. And, so they keep coming, so we keep coming,” said J.R. Angevine, Angevine’s Fine Silver.

The show opens tomorrow morning at 10 am until 5 pm, and Sunday from Noon to 5 pm.

There is a five dollar admission fee.

Enjoy a huge selection of all things, from antique rugs to furniture, to jewelry, to fine silver.

And…don’t miss the to-die-for chicken salad in the tea room!
