Jodi’s Accessories fundraises for Phoebe Sumter’s Main Campus
AMERICUS, Ga. – Over in Sumter county, a group is fundraising to support the volunteers of the Phoebe Health System.
Jodi’s Accessories, which operates shops on hospital campuses in Georgia, Alabama, and Florida, is fundraising at Phoebe Sumter’s Main Campus this Wednesday and Thursday.
The funds raised will support the hospital in various ways.
Co-owner Josh Horne discussed their efforts to raise money for hospitals across multiple states.
“You know, some of the hospitals, they’ve donated money to open up cancer centers, you know, down to, you know, buying lunch for, you know, some of the first responders in the area. So it’s just a wide range of needs and things that they do to help the community as well as the hospital,” said Josh Horne, co-owner, Jodi’s Accessories.
The fundraiser at Phoebe Sumter’s Main Campus will continue Thursday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
