Innovate Hub to host free AI workshop for small business owners and entrepreneurs

ALBANY, Ga. – Small business owners and entrepreneurs curious about artificial intelligence will have a chance to learn the basics this weekend at a free, hands-on workshop hosted by Innovate Hub.

The session, titled “Intro to AI for Small Businesses & Entrepreneurs: Mastering ChatGPT,” will take place on Saturday, January 31, at 10 a.m. at Innovate Hub – Center for Entrepreneurs on Dawson Road. The beginner-friendly workshop is designed to introduce participants to ChatGPT and show how it can be used in real-world business settings.

Attendees will learn what ChatGPT is, how it works, and how it can help with everyday tasks like writing, planning, research, and improving productivity. The workshop will also cover prompting strategies, responsible use, and best practices related to ethics, privacy, and data awareness.

The training will be led by Stephanie L. Johnson, an AI strategist and business consultant. Johnson is the owner of The Downtown Business Collective and the founder of AI in the South, a movement focused on making artificial intelligence practical and accessible for small businesses. Her work centers on helping entrepreneurs integrate AI into daily operations in ways that are realistic, ethical, and immediately applicable.

Organizers say the workshop is perfect for beginners who want to better understand how AI can support and streamline their business operations.
