Infant death investigation at Albany motel
ALBANY, Ga. – The Albany Police Department (APD) and the Dougherty County Coroner’s Office have responded to the scene of a young infant death at an Albany motel.
According to Coroner Michael Fowler, the child is estimated to be a few months old in age, and cause of death is undetermined at this time.
Coroner Fowler said the baby’s body was found at the Superior Creek Lodge, at 2505 North Slappey Boulevard.
