South Korea’s celebrity shark foils third rescue attempt

Bukangi, the viral shark that has spent more than a month in a canal in Busan, South Korea, is back after rescuers finally managed to guide her out to sea on their third attempt. The endangered dusky shark has become a local celebrity, attracting more than 1.6 million visitors to the waterfront park, officials estimate.
