Restaurant down to 4 days open a week due to 2 rising issues

With restaurants across Texas back to 100% capacity, one could assume that businesses are getting back to normal. But, one restauranteur says he’s down to just four days of service a week due to two issues that are now common with similarly struggling eateries.
