RAW: SEN MURPHY POURS COLD WATER ON SHORT FISA EXTENSION

Sen. Chris Murphy of Connecticut told CNN’s Manu Raju he didn’t think there would be enough Democratic votes to pass a short-term extension of a critical foreign surveillance program.
