RAW: MCCONELL- REPUBLICANS WON’T RAISE DEBT LIMIT

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell warned again Monday that Republicans won’t provide any votes to raise the debt ceiling when Democrats put it up for a vote in the coming days attached to a bill that includes funding to keep the government operating past September 30th, despite noting that it could lead to a default that could be “catastrophic.”
