Pennsylvania Democratic Congresswoman says her constituents are “upset” with Sen. John Fetterman

Rep. Madeleine Dean (D-PA) tells CNN’s Brianna Keilar that she’s concerned Sen. Fetterman is “not participating with the party that he ran with.” Dean says if Fetterman decides to become a Republican, her Democratic voters “will want to replace him.”
