Ken Paxton’s impeachment lawyer speaks out on endorsing James Talarico

Attorney Dan Cogdell, who defended Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton in his fraud and impeachment cases, tells Laura Coates he is now backing Democrat James Talarico. Cogdell says Paxton is too focused on Trump rather than the issues affecting Texans, adding that representing a client in court is not the same as believing they are the right person to serve in the Senate.
