EPA REVEALS CAUSE OF TOLEDO CHEMICAL LEAK (930pE)

The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is revealing what made a hazardous chemical tank leak in Toledo, Ohio, Wednesday. The EPA attributed the leak, which forced hundreds of residents to evacuate or shelter in place, to an “error that occurred when the material was being transferred.”
