Homicide in the 1100 Block of Julia Avenue

ALBANY, Ga. – At approximately 11:23 p.m. Sunday night, Albany law enforcement responded to a shooting in the 1100 Block of Julia Avenue.

32-year-old Nakeisha Warren was found deceased from multiple gunshot wounds.

The suspected shooter, identified as 30-year-old Rico Lashon Hall fled in Warren’s white Nissan Altima, later crashing it in Sasser.

Hall was apprehended near Albany around 4:30 a.m. and taken into custody. Despite his arrest, Hall remained uncooperative regarding the homicide.

Hall faces charges of murder, aggravated assault, and firearm possession during a crime.
