Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia hosts inaugural “Cookies & Corks” fundraiser to support Albany Girl Scout DreamLab
ALBANY, Ga. — (September 17th, 2025) — Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia is excited to host the inaugural Cookies & Corks fundraiser on Friday, September 19, 2025, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Double Gate Country Club, 3800 Old Dawson Rd., Albany, GA 31721.
Guests will enjoy an elegant night out featuring curated wine tastings, heavy hors d’oeuvres, and exciting raffle prizes. One of the evening’s highlights will be the cork pull raffle, where attendees can take home a special bottle of wine. The evening will be emceed by Karla Heath-Sands, WALB news anchor.
Proceeds from Cookies & Corks will directly support the Albany Girl Scout DreamLab, a dedicated space where girls are encouraged to dream big, explore new opportunities, and build confidence in their leadership skills. Funds raised will provide essential resources, programs, and opportunities that help girls bring their goals and aspirations to life.
