Girl Scout cookie booths open this weekend
GEORGIA (February 2, 2026)— Girl Scouts across the community will launch in-person cookie booths this weekend as part of the nationally recognized Girl Scout Cookie Program. Local booth sales will begin on Friday, February 6, and run through the end of the local program on Sunday, March 8.
More than a cookie tradition, the Girl Scout Cookie Program is the largest girl-led entrepreneurial program in the world, teaching girls five essential skills they’ll use for a lifetime: goal setting, decision making, money management, people skills, and business ethics. Through planning, budgeting, customer service, and teamwork, Girl Scouts gain real-world experience that builds confidence and leadership.
Community members are invited to support local Girl Scouts by visiting cookie booths throughout the area or ordering online. Locally, cookies are $5 a box, and customers also have the option to donate boxes that will be sent to those serving our country in the military. To find a booth near you or place an order for direct shipping, visit www.girlscoutcookies.org.
All proceeds stay local, and every purchase supports Girl Scout programs that help girls discover their strengths, build courage, and unbox a brighter future—one box of cookies at a time.
