Georgia Home Center grand opening offers affordable and modern housing in Cordele
CORDELE, Ga. – New housing opportunities bring affordable and modern homes to Cordele, Georgia.
The Cordele-Crisp Chamber of Commerce joined the Georgia Home Center to celebrate the grand opening of its newest location.
“We offer manufactured and modular homes for all of Georgia. We offer everything from one bedroom, one bath, all the way up to five and six bedrooms with three baths. So, anybody that would like to come in and check us out, we can walk you through the construction. We can walk you through the finance, pretty much any facet of what we do, we’ve had a part in it. We’ve got years of experience under our belt with all of the people that we have on staff,” said Jacob Stephens, General Manager, Georgia Home Center.
With experience in the corporate world, the Georgia Home Center is committed to making customer satisfaction its top priority, fostering transparency and efficiency in its operations.
“Personal touch because the person that was on the floor handling the customer never got to see the person that was behind the scenes handling everything else that was going on. And, here at Georgia Home Center, just the three people in this building handle everything from start to finish. We work with the banks. We were the lenders. We work with the land owners,” said Stephens.
The staff of the Georgia Home Center are dedicated to ensuring a hands-on approach to meet the needs of their customers.
“I go out myself, deliver the first set of steps, walk the home, we check the homeless is delivered and make sure that all the product is there. If it’s not, I personally drive to a factory, get what is needed, come back and take care of our customers. I’m not saying that the bigger corporate structure is all bad. I’m just saying I prefer professional personal touch that is really hard to do once you get over a certain size,” said Stephens.
Prospective homebuyers can contact the Georgia Home Center at their Cordele location, as well as their office in Abbeville, Georgia, for assistance with their home purchasing needs.
“They can give me a call at 229-287-1372. Then call us or text us because each one of our lines is testable. We try to be easily available to all of our customers. They can email me at jacob@gahomecenter.Com. Or they can drop by and see us at 2401 16th Avenue East in Cordele. We also have a website, its gahomecenter.Com, you can look us up. All of our homes are listed with their prices. When you come to our lot, we like to be a little bit different. Every home has a number on the front of it, so you can correlate when you come inside and refrigerate or have a floor plan of that home and out the door, the price with everything that’s included,” said Stephens.
