GBI requested by Miller County Sheriff’s Office regarding sex offense investigation
COLQUITT, Ga. – On Monday, May 19, 2025, about 11:15 a.m., the GBI was requested by the Miller County Sheriff’s Office regarding a report they received of a 15-year-old female Miller County High School student possibly having sexual contact with an adult male.
Agents responded and met with Miller County Sheriff’s Office Investigators to begin the investigation a short time later. Interviews were conducted with witnesses and the victim in the case. Information was obtained through interviews that led Agents to interview two adult males. After interviews were conducted, it was determined charges would be sought against two men. Agents sought and obtained arrest warrants for the offenses alleged below:

Arrested.
Charged with:
-Grooming 16-12-100.5
-Child Molestation 16-6-4
-Computer or electronic pornography and child exploitation prevention 16-12-100.2
-Enticing a child for indecent purposes 16-6-5
Suspect 2:
QUINTERIOUS KING (03/2002) 114 lives in Colquitt, GA
Arrested.
Charged with:
-Grooming 16-12-100.5
-Child Molestation 16-6-4
-Enticing a child for indecent purposes 16-6-5
-Sexual Battery 16-6-22.1
