Fridays on the Flint fun-filled free event returns to Albany

ALBANY, Ga. – Last Friday, CBS 44 had the pleasure of being on location in downtown Albany for a fun-filled event – Fridays on the Flint. We saw people from all over south Georgia and north Florida come together to enjoy this vibrant gathering.

From shopping to delicious food, there was something for everyone at this event. The streets were bustling with excitement, as people shopped till they dropped and savored a variety of tasty treats.

The reptile exhibit at Chehaw Park also showed off their different kinds of animals. Kids and adults alike were thrilled to see these fascinating creatures up close.

But… that’s wasn’t all, the Bo Henry Band truly stole the show with their amazing down-home entertainment at the event.
