Flint River Entertainment Complex 5K Race Series wraps up with Turkey Trot in downtown Albany this Saturday
ALBANY, Ga. – The Flint River Entertainment Complex 5K Race Series is wrapping up, and runners have one more chance to hit the pavement before the season ends. The Turkey Trot takes place Saturday, November 22, starting at 9 a.m. at the Veterans Park Amphitheatre in downtown Albany.
CBS 44 South Georgia is proud to serve as the presenting sponsor for this final race in the series.
Participants can register for the single 5K event for $30, which includes entry and a race-day T-shirt. A one-mile fun run is also available for $10, making it a great option for families and runners of all ages. For those who have been competing in the full three-race series, this is the last opportunity to secure their overall time and qualify for grand prizes and the commemorative series medal.
