Early morning shooting leads to multiple arrests, drug charges

ALBANY, Ga. – On September 21, 2023, officers responded to the 1400 block of W. Gordon in reference to a shooting. Upon arrival, officers located the 21-year-old victim with a gunshot wound to the foot. Evidence was found that indicated multiple shots were fired by multiple people in both the roadway and from the porch of the residence.

After executing a search warrant at the residence, several ounces of marijuana, scales, and suspected methamphetamine were recovered.

Janijah Glover (19) was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana WID and Reckless Conduct. Michael Gordon (21) was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine.
