Downtown Americus Main Street Christmas Parade rescheduled to Tuesday, December 9th

AMERICUS, Ga. – Due to the forecasted weather, the Americus Christmas Parade will be rescheduled to Tuesday, December 9th at 7:00 PM.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding as we work to ensure a safe and enjoyable event for all.

Please help us spread the word-and we look forward to celebrating with you on the 9th!

“All parade participants will receive updated lineup instructions and details in the coming days. The parade route and festivities will remain the same, and the City encourages the community to join downtown on the new date for a festive and memorable evening.”

Join Americus Main Street as we celebrate the holiday season with this community favorite: the Christmas Parade. Bring your family and friends out for this night of nostalgia!
