Douglas-Coffee County Board of REALTORS® hosting first-ever Turkey Fun Run

November 4, 2025
Matthew Crumley,

DOUGLAS, Ga. – Lace up those sneakers and get ready to “gobble for a good cause!”

The Douglas-Coffee County Board of REALTORS® is hosting its First Annual Turkey Fun Run on Saturday, November 8, at Coffee High School, located at 159 Trojan Way in Douglas.

The one-mile, family-friendly run kicks off at 10 a.m. and welcomes participants of all ages and fitness levels. Registration is $25 in advance or $30 in cash for same-day sign-up.

All proceeds from the event will benefit the Coffee County Food Bank, helping local families in need this holiday season. Runners who bring a canned good or monetary donation will also be entered to win a door prize.

Organizers say the event is open to the public and encourages everyone to join in the fun, whether you walk, jog, or trot like a turkey.

To register online, visit runsignup.com.
