Crisp Co. Commission issues a proclamation of gratitude; Ricky Smarr recognized for positive impact on Crisp Co. community

CORDELE, Ga. – On Tuesday morning, during the Crisp County Commission meeting, a proclamation was presented to honor Rick Smarr for his decades of dedicated service to the community.

The proclamation highlighted Rick’s unwavering commitment, acknowledging his invaluable contributions that have positively impacted the lives of many in Crisp county.

Crisp County Administrator, Clark Harrell presented Ricky Smarr with this honor.
