Cordele Holiday Train rides on Historic SAM Shortline Railroad with visit from Santa, holiday sweet treats & festive fun
CORDELE, Ga. – The Historic SAM Shortline Railroad is bringing back its popular Cordele Holiday Train, offering families a one-hour festive ride complete with Christmas cheer, sweet treats, and a special visit from Santa.
The train boards at the Downtown Cordele Depot on East 9th Avenue, where children and families will hop aboard for a holiday experience that includes hot chocolate, cookies, Christmas music, and a gift for every passenger from Santa himself.
Rides are scheduled for December 12 and 13, and again on December 19 and 20, with multiple departure times each day to accommodate families throughout the region.

Ticket prices range from $17 to $27 for coach seating, depending on age, and $37 for deluxe seating. All seats are assigned, so booking early is strongly encouraged.
