CORDELE, Ga. – Fireworks at the end of the Cordele City Commission Meeting this morning…
Our cameras were there as the meeting fell apart over three agenda items that were brought to the table by Chairman Joshua Deriso, that were motioned for discussion but died for lack of second.
Those items concerned Splost distribution and the City Municipal Court Public Defender’s behavior and contract.
After the Meeting, Chairman Deriso and Commissioners Reeves and Rainey responded to the Splost discussion…
We reached out to Commissioner Isaac Owens, who respectfully declined our invitation to comment.
