Cook Co. Fire Dept. / EMA announces the installation of 12 new storm sirens

ADEL, Ga. – On Monday, the Cook County Fire Department and Cook County Emergency Management Agency started the installation of 12 new storm sirens.

They say that “it’s been a long time in the works.”

“We are very excited about bringing this system to our Cook County citizens.”

Locations of new storm sirens:

1. Don Julios’s Restaurant
2. Old Football Stadium on Massee Post
3. New Sports Complex across from the High School
4. Register Road Fire Station
5. Futch Road Fire Station
6. Reed Bingham State Park at the Rangers Station
7. County Commissioners Office
8. Cecil Fire Station
9. Sparks City Hall
10. Lenox City Hall
11. Pine Valley Fire Station
12. Chaserville Fire Station
