“We are very excited. Actually, Propane Day is tomorrow, but it’s Saturday and everybody gonna be watching ball games tomorrow. So, we’re gonna move it up today and we’re just gonna celebrate propane. Propane is a great versatile, economical, portable product. So, we’re going all out. We are gonna have a ten dollar fill-up on twenty-dollar cylinders all day today. Also, we have customers who fill cylinders as well. Sunbelt Supply in Moultrie, you can go by there. You can go by Homerville Feed & Seed. We’re just gonna have a great day,” Dan Richardson, President & CEO, Conger LP Gas.

President and CEO of Conger LP Gas, Dan Richardson, elaborates on the benefits of using propane.

“Globally, propane is the third largest motor-fuel out there. Gasoline, of course, is first, then diesel, then propane. It’s a domestic product. 95% of propane that is sold is created here in the united states. It’s very clean, if you notice, all the chefs love to cook with gas. We have government ratings. It is very low carbon and it’s probably one of the most carbon-free fuels out there,” said Richardson.

If you miss out on the opportunity to refill your cylinder, you can rest assured that the Conger LP Gas National Propane Day celebration will return.

“It’s going to be an annual event, last year was the first year of it. It starts every year now, and it will always be on October 7. Give our customers and give the communities a great opportunity to buy propane at a great price,” said Richardson.
