City of Adel Farmers Market returns this Saturday with fresh finds and local flavor
ADEL, Ga. – Get ready, South Georgia! The City of Adel is bringing the community together for a day of fresh food, local shopping, and family fun at its Farmers Market this Saturday, June 28th, from 9 A.M. to 1 P.M. at The Depot Parking Lot, 111 S. Burwell Avenue.
Shoppers can expect a vibrant variety of vendors offering everything from fresh produce, plants, flowers, and farm-fresh eggs to locally made honey, jams, baked breads, and sweet treats. The market will also feature artisan goods and handmade soaps, with food vendors on-site to keep everyone fueled for the fun. And, that’s not all! “DJ Chill Will” will be spinning music, adding extra energy to the morning shopping experience.
This seasonal farmer’s market is part of a broader effort to build momentum for a permanent farmers market scheduled to open in 2026. The project is the result of a partnership between the City of Adel and the University of Georgia Archway Partnership, with Adel being one of just four cities selected statewide for this community improvement initiative.
Grab your shopping bags, bring the family, and come support local growers, makers, and small businesses this weekend!
