City of Adel Christmas Movie Night at Storybook Park Postponed to December 19th

ADEL, Ga. – According to a post on the City of Adel’s Facebook page, “CHRISTMAS MOVIE NIGHT POSPONED TO DECEMBER 19TH! Due to rain this week, we have postponed Christmas movie night to December 19th!”

Families in Adel are invited to kick off the holiday season with Christmas Movie Night at Storybook Park on Friday, December 19. The event begins at 7 p.m., and residents are encouraged to bring blankets and bundle up for a cozy evening under the stars.

Two beloved holiday classics, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer and Frosty the Snowman, will be shown outdoors at the park. Before and during the movies, children can stop by the Adel Fire Department’s s’mores station. Popcorn, hot cocoa and other seasonal treats will also be available to help everyone stay warm and in the holiday spirit.

Christmas Movie Night will take place at Storybook Park, located at 211 East 2nd Street. Admission is free, and families are welcome to bring lawn chairs or picnic blankets for comfortable seating.
