CBS 44 Weather Authority Forecast: October 6, 2023

Fire Weather Watch for high fire danger conditions creating dry fuels due the combination of the decreasing relative humidity & increasing winds. Winds could gust in excess of 25 mph. Below average temperatures this weekend. Morning lows drop into the mid-upper 40’s, but lower 40’s cannot be ruled out in the wind protected areas. Highs in the lower-mid 70’s. Temperatures rebound closer to average for middle to latter half of next week. Rain chances become likely Thursday-Friday with possibly some thunderstorms.
