CBS 44 Weather Authority Forecast: October 30, 2023

Say goodbye to the 80’s! Cold front is creeping east on Halloween. A chilly & breezy evening for Trick-or-Treating. A drastic swing in temperatures to end October and start out November. Also, a Fire Weather Watch for elevated winds & critical lower relative humidity. The first widespread frost of the season is likely for most of SWGA, with a light freeze for the northern communities Thursday morning. Don’t forget to “fall back” as Daylight Saving Time ends, Standard Time begins on 2 a.m. Sunday morning. Moderation in temperatures by this weekend into early next week.
