Wetter on Friday

Wetter weather ends the shortened work week. Locally heavy downpours are possible. Seasonal temperatures in the low-mid 90’s with “feels-like” in the lower triple digits. More widely scattered chances of showers and thunderstorms and temperatures in the mid-90’s through the weekend. Temperatures may actually drop slightly below average with and rain and thunderstorms becoming likely early next week.  Tropics remain quiet at this time.
