CBS 44 Weather Authority Forecast: December 28, 2023

Clear skies allows temperatures to plummet overnight into the low to mid 30s. Patchy frost is possible. Next few mornings will be at or near the freezing mark. Highs will be below average in the low to mid 50s. More seasonal New Year’s Day with a slight chance of showers. Colder air mass returns early next week. Another chance of rain showers arrives midweek in the active southern branch of the jet stream.
