After a mild and wet Christmas expect one more seasonal cloudy day for Wednesday. Patchy morning fog is possible. Another cold front and an upper level low (cold pocket of air aloft) swings into the region Thursday. A sprinkle or light rain shower is possible. Friday turns sunny, but breezy and colder. Rest of 2023 and start of 2024 will be much colder. At least 2 consecutive mornings of near freezing temperatures. Below average readings last into the New Years weekend. Even colder the day after New Years Day.
