More severe weather this weekend; breezy, cooler, drier, & nicer after

More severe weather is expected this weekend. The first round moves in early Saturday afternoon and during the evening. All modes of severe weather are possible: damaging winds, hail, torrential downpours that may cause flash flooding, and the chance of a few tornadoes. The second round arrives for the first half of Sunday but could extend into the afternoon mainly for the eastern half of the area. 1″-3″ of additional rainfall is possible – less west, more east. Breezy, cooler, drier, and nicer weather follows for the first few days of May.
