Berrien County VFW Post 5978 and Auxiliary invites everyone to free Thanksgiving Community Dinner

NASHVILLE, Ga. – Thanksgiving is a time to come together, and the Berrien County VFW wants to make sure no one celebrates alone this year. VFW Post 5978 and its Auxiliary are hosting a free Thanksgiving Community Dinner on Thursday, November 27, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Everyone is welcome, whether you’re celebrating with family, need a place to go, or simply want to enjoy good company and a warm meal. Guests will be treated to a traditional Thanksgiving lunch, complete with all the holiday favorites.

Organizers say covered dishes are welcome but not required. The dinner is completely community-driven, and both volunteers and donations are appreciated to help make the event possible.
