Ben Hill County Sheriff’s Office apprehend female homicide suspect
FITZGERALD, Ga. – According to the Ben Hill County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page, the wanted female homicide suspect 22-year-old Abbiegale Ruth Roberts was taken into custody this morning.
A Be On the Look Out (BOLO) was previously issued after felony warrants for Roberts’ arrest were made.
Roberts faces felony charges of:
- Homicide by Vehicle 1st degree
- Driving Under the Influence
- Reckless Driving
- Driving without License
Sheriff Lee Cone, appreciates all the calls and texts regarding Abbiegale Ruth Roberts.
Roberts was taken into custody this morning by Sheriff’s Office Deputy’s and Special Operations Personnel. Roberts, was arrested without incident.
Community members recognized the importance of getting Roberts into custody and we are grateful for all the calls and teamwork that made this possible.
