Bainbridge-Decatur County Chamber of Commerce to host centennial celebration event to commemorate 100 years of business, community, & connection

BAINBRIDGE, Ga. – A major milestone in Bainbridge history is about to be celebrated.

The Bainbridge-Decatur County Chamber of Commerce is marking 100 years of business, community, and connection with a special centennial celebration on Thursday, January 29, beginning at 5:30 p.m. at The Simmons House at Greenwood Triangle.

Organizers say the once-in-a-century event will be an evening to honor the Chamber members who helped shape Bainbridge over the past 100 years, while also looking ahead to the future of the community.

The celebration will feature a seated dinner, complimentary drinks, live music, and a unique opportunity for guests to take part in history by placing an item into a Chamber time capsule. The capsule will be sealed for future generations as a snapshot of Bainbridge today.

Tickets are $100 per person and are limited. They can be purchased online or by calling the Chamber office at 229-246-4774.
