Arrests made in West Gordon homicide, drugs recovered

ALBANY, Ga. – On Thursday, September 21st, Albany officers responded to the 1400 block of West Gordon in reference to a shooting. Upon arrival, officers located a 21-year-old victim with a gunshot wound to the foot. Evidence was found that indicated multiple shots were fired by multiple people in both the roadway and from the porch of the residence.

After executing a search warrant, several ounces of marijuana, scales, and suspected methamphetamine were recovered.

19-year-old Janijah Glover was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and reckless conduct. 21-year-old Michael Gordon was arrested for possession of methamphetamine.
