Archbold Hospice of Thomasville offers “Good Grief” support session this Thursday
THOMASVILLE, Ga. – As the new year begins, Archbold Thomasville is providing a space for reflection, healing, and connection for those navigating the loss of a loved one. On Thursday, January 8, Archbold Hospice is hosting a “Good Grief” session focused on the unique challenges grief can bring at the start of a new year. The free session runs from 2 to 3 p.m. at the Thomas County Public Library, Flipper Room, 201 North Madison Street, Thomasville.
Hospice staff will lead a conversation on managing anxiety, building healthy habits, and finding ways to move forward at your own pace. The session is open to anyone grieving the loss of a loved one and seeking encouragement and support in a safe, welcoming environment.
