APD investigating early morning shooting on MLK Jr. Drive at City Bus Stop

ALBANY, Ga. – Around 6:30 this morning, Albany officers were dispatched to the 2400 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive in response to a shooting at a City Bus Stop.

A 35-year-old male sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was transported to Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. At this time, there are no identified suspects.

The incident is currently under investigation, and updates will be provided as new information becomes available.
