APD arrests two men in connection to gym car break-ins

ALBANY, Ga. – Last Sunday, Albany police officers responded to a call related to car break-ins at Planet Fitness and Tony’s Gym on Westover Boulevard.

After gathering video of the stolen vehicle, officers arrested 22-year-old Maurice Williams and 34-year-old Ahmed Williams.

Both are charged with entering auto and financial transaction card fraud. Maurice was also connected to other entering auto incidents at Planet Fitness between November 18th and the 20th.

More charges for both are pending at this time.
