APD arrests mother, investigates death of 3-year-old boy

ALBANY, Ga. – The Albany Police Department (APD) is currently investigating the death of a 3-year-old boy. He was taken to Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital, and was unresponsive
with injuries.
