Another arrest made for the homicide in the 600 block of Willard Avenue

ALBANY, Ga. – On December 6, 2023, officers investigated a shooting that led to the death of Keyunte Stephens. After further investigation, it was determined that Germaine Stephens introduced the act of gun violence and assault, disregarding the risk of serious bodily injury or death of a person. The codefendants involved agreed upon the act of gun violence and assault, which led to multiple victims being assaulted and one being killed.

Germaine Stephen was arrested for Felony Murder, two counts of Aggravated Assault, Possession of a Firearm during Certain Crimes, and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon after being discharged from the hospital on December 13, 2023.
